Our Exchange Policy

Exquisite Hair Studios does not offer refunds. However, clients may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of products if the hair is still in its original condition.

Exchange Timeframe

The exchange turnaround time is seven days from the date of receipt, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Initiating an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please note an exchange fee of R100 will be charged. Only one exchange is allowed per order. Exchange requests should be sent to exquisitehair066@gmail within two working days.

Non-refundable Items

All products are non-refundable but can only be exchanged, provided they meet the specified conditions.
