Accepted payment methods
We only process an order once the payment reflects. After making the payment, send proof of payment and we will confirm the payment and your order. Payments should also include the courier fee. For standard quality check, wig making and style allow 1-3 days before dispatched.

Refunds and returns
Handmade Wigs, bleached wigs and customised wigs require 1-7 days before they can be dispatched.
No Refunds, Please refer to the refund policy.

Please note: if your order is made on a weekend/holiday, we will only start processing on the next business day. This is mandatory for both collections and delivery options.
